Error in IPA transcription and pronunciation

For example, the word "prohibition" is transcribed almost correctly. However, the pronunciation not only does not match the transcription but also is produced with an aspirated /h/. I bought this specifically for its IPA transcription, which turns out to be perhaps 50% accurate. But the worse part is the pronunciation that does not match the words IPA transcription.
